Launch of the Official Logo for Jerusalem as the Arab Women’s Capital 2025.

As part of the announcement of Jerusalem as the Arab Women’s Capital and the launch of its visual identity, the State of Palestine, represented by the Ministry of Women’s Affairs, announced the official logo for Jerusalem as the Arab Women’s Capital 2025, during the 44th session of the Arab Women’s Committee chaired by Minister of Women’s Affairs, Muna Khalili, at the Arab League headquarters in Cairo.

The logo includes a set of symbolic elements that embody the city’s identity and status, including the olive tree, symbolizing resilience and rooting in the land, Palestinian embroidery, which reflects heritage and the preservation of identity, in addition to the Islamic and Christian landmarks in the holy city, representing the Palestinian spirit it holds.

This logo reflects Jerusalem’s deep connection to the Arab conscience and affirms its established position as the Capital of Arab Woman. This logo will accompany all activities planned for this year, involving Palestinian and Arab participation.

The Ministry of Women’s Affairs also shared with the member states the design of the postage stamp that will be circulated both in Palestine and across the Arab world. The stamp features an artwork by Palestinian artist Nabil Anani. This painting was carefully chosen for its high symbolic value, reflecting the steadfastness of Palestinian women. It also represents appreciation for women and their active role in defending Jerusalem and preserving its heritage.

It is important to note that the logo and all related activities and media materials were agreed upon by the members of the National Preparatory Committee for the Declaration of Jerusalem as the Capital of Arab Woman, which includes high-level representatives from relevant government institutions.
